In late 2009 I was diagnosed with “frozen shoulders” My mobility was very restricted; chronic pain was promoting depression. I tried physical therapy, however, the exercises did not help. I was referred to Bill Gillespie, he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided perspective on how my life was impacted by my condition. The program he gave me was geared towards reconditioning my shoulders. Bill continually followed up with me to monitor my challenges and success. He guided me through a tough time and effectively reconditioned the strength and mobility in my shoulders. Thanks Bill! Dave M. |
