| Great friendships have grown and families have blossomed in a Club where Members feel like they truly belong and are part of something very special ! From the Farmer family who joined in 1996 with infant in tow (who has since been joined by his three siblings in Playcare), to the Silver Advantage crew who are the heart and soul of the morning crowd. Sturgeon Valley Athletic Club's success is built on a strong foundation of loyal, dedicated and supportive Club Members. Other Clubs have come and gone, but SVAC has continued to grow stronger over the last 10 years with the support of members like the Bodnar-Sielski family, spanning three generations, and those who travel from afar like Vivian and Ray (south side of Edmonton). This type of SVAC member commitment soldifies SVAC's plans to be here for another 10 plus successful years ! There are an abundance of role models for active living at SVAC - real people with real lives. Our extended family of 2,400 Members are making a positive difference in their own lives, and in the lives of people that they encounter. From Larry and Ed, cardiac rehab patients, to Grant and Garent who through their dedication to physical activity were healthy enough to be able to donate organs to family members. Positive choices bring positive changes. Thank you St. Albert ! It has been our pleasure to be able to contribute to the health and wellbeing of this vibrant community over the last 10 years.
