Sports and physical activity have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played soccer for a number of years when I was younger and then moved onto playing football for 7 years after that. I first started training to help with my performance in football and saw great results! This is where my passion changed and I knew that I wanted to train as much as possible and help other people reach their goals as well. As soon as I found out about the Personal Training program at NAIT I knew that’s exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I learned a lot at NAIT and it was a great experience to help me further my knowledge about health and fitness! I strive to constantly be growing whether it’s through knowledge about health and fitness or meeting/exceeding my own fitness goals! I work hard at everything I do and I want to show other people what hard work can achieve for them!
