  Cancellation Policy: While our first priority is ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable, we do ask that you observe our Cancellation Policy: a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of all services or 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in lieu. Please be aware that our Esthetician could have scheduled other clients during that time. A 100% "No Show" charge is applicable at all times and must be paid before further services can be performed.
