How I Can Help

A Personal Trainer can be an asset for those trying to achieve specific weight loss, strengthening and/or toning goals. By developing programs geared towards the individual's specific lifestyle, the Trainer plays a significant role in the progress of the Client with ongoing motivation and feedback.
 
A Session with a Personal Trainer provides the Client with a more motivating and safe environment to workout in. A Personal Trainer takes the guess work out of exercising alone to achieve desired results.

Training Fees

1 Session = $70.00 per hour
2 Sessions = $65.00 per hour
5-9 Sessions = $62.50.00 per hour
 

3 Month Contract

1 Session per week @ $50.00
(total 4 sessions per month) = $200.00
 
2  Sessions per week @ $45.00
(total 8 sessions per month) = $360.00
 
3 Sessions per week @ $40.00
(total 12 sessions per month) = $480.00
