Pilates & Yoga


PILATES is available at SVAC in several formats:


  • One on One certified instruction on Reformer apparatus in our private studio or in a Group Training class (1:2 or 1:4). Find out more here!
  • Drop in (punch card) access to the Reformer apparatus and Studio when approved by a SVAC Certified Instructor
  • Pilates Mat classes as part of our Specialty class program. Possible class formats include: Beginners, Power Paced and Bootcamp
  • Certified Instructors include: Keri Bowzaylo, Kathy Giesbrecht, Heike Hatcher, Kathy Wong and Alaina Wittke


YOGA is available at SVAC in the following formats:


  • Group classes in various styles through our Specialty class program. Examples include: Beginner, Flow, Yoga Chi and Christine Felstead's Yoga for Runners & Athletes
  • One on one Yoga (for Runners & Athletes) and Flexibility Personal Training with Brian Hill
